Gt6 Terms & Conditions of Platform Use

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between you ("User") and gt6 ("Platform", "we", "us") in relation to your use of the website, mobile application, and all services provided through gt6.bet. By accessing or using this platform in any way, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and all related policies.

6. Account Policy, Suspension & Closure

Gt6 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account without prior notice if there is evidence of fraud, a breach of these Terms, suspicious activity, or upon request by the relevant authorities. Users whose accounts are closed due to a breach will not be eligible for a refund of any balance associated with fraudulent activity.

Users may close their account at any time by contacting the support team. Prior to closure, all eligible balances will be processed for withdrawal in accordance with standard procedures, subject to any outstanding wagering requirements. gt6 reserves the right to retain transaction records for the period required under Malaysian law.

Accounts that have been inactive for 12 consecutive months may be subject to a monthly maintenance fee or automatic closure, in accordance with the platform's current policy. Users will be notified via their registered email before any action is taken on an inactive account.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the gt6 platform — including logos, designs, text, images, software code, and related materials — is the exclusive property of gt6 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms shall first be resolved through negotiation, and if unsuccessful, through the jurisdiction of a competent court in Malaysia.
